Volejbalisté Hlinska udrželi 3. místo v KP-1
V sobotu 23.3.2012 skončila pro hlinecké volejbalisty zápasem v Pardubicích volejbalová sezona. Hlinečtí volejbalisté se stejně jako minulý rok účastnili soutěže KP-1. Po premiérovém ročníku, kdy tým pod vedením p. Jiřího Půži obsadil skvělé druhé místo, získali hlinečtí volejbalisté další místo „na bedně“, konkrétně skončili na výborném 3. místě s výrazným náskokem na 4. tým tabulky z České Třebové.
Celou sezonu hlinečtí volejbalisté zakončili zápasem s neoblíbeným soupeřem Pardubicemi, v jejich domácím prostředí. S očekáváním těžkých zápasů vlétli hlinečtí na svého soupeře s velkou chutí a oba zápasy vyhráli překvapivě jednoznačným rozdílem 3:0. Lví podíl na tomto výsledku měl i hrající trenér Jiří Půža, který skvělým výkonem ve druhém zápase přispěl k jasnému vítězství hlineckých volejbalistů.
V celé sezoně jsme absolvovali celkem 36 zápasů proti devíti soupeřům (každý s každým 2x, systém dvojzápasů) s celkovou bilancí 29 vítězství, 7 porážek s celkovým ziskem 83 bodů. Prakticky celou sezonu jsme marně dotahovali náskok prvních celků z Kerhartic a Chvaletic, které kvalitativně převyšovali ostatní týmy v soutěži. Opět jsme doplatili na nevydařený start soutěže, kdy jsme ztratili příliš bodů. Toto bodové manko se nám ve druhé půlce sezony již nepodařilo dohnat.
V této sezoně se nám bohužel nevyvarovaly zdravotní problémy, kdy s koleny marodili Ondřej Dvořáček a Martin Bořil, s chřipkou se potýkal Václav Málek a další menší bolístky nelze ani počítat. I přes tyto komplikace jsme sezonu dohráli důstojně, dosažené výsledky tomu odpovídají. Již nyní přemýšlíme co dál, po letní přestávce bude pokračovat halová sezona opět od začátku října a i my se jí budeme chtít v každém případě zúčastnit. V této sezoně tým doplnil Lukáš Procházka, který ukázal velký potenciál a se svou všestranností může zastávat prakticky jakýkoliv post. Dále plánujeme zapojit nadějného Miloše Odvárku, který svou povahou a výkonností bez problémů zapadl do hlineckého kolektivu. I přes pokles o jednu příčku oproti předchozí sezoně hodnotíme aktuální ročník více než pozitivně.
Děkujeme všem fanouškům, kteří si našli cestu do haly hlineckého gymnázia a neúnavně nás podporovali v každém zápase. Dále děkujeme Tomáši Hrozkovi za to, že si našel čas a pořídil fotodokumentaci domácích zápasů. Děkujeme!
